I will only add two things. First, he inspires many people in this part of the world who are fighting hard for LGBTQ rights, which is much more threatened. He shows us how far an openly sexual-minority person can go in a free society.
Second, he shows us how far youth politics can go. I think of him when I think of all the fellow young people who won in the District Council elections last November. The youngest chairman isn't even 30 years old. We must take back the future that belongs to us. #ThankYouPete!
