2/ While over 6000 protesters have been arrested and 1000 of them are prosecuted, zero police officer is prosecuted for his unlawful use of force. That is the undeniable example of political prosecution.

3/ It was reported that officers in the DoJ are under political pressure when handling cases of protesters. Hence it is doubtful whether DoJ can really distance itself from the prosecutors.
