1/ I'm disappointed with the High Court decided not to grant the authorization for my travel to Europe, where a series of institutional appointments planned. By depriving me the freedom of movement, the court has imposed an extra punishment before I was convicted guilty.

2/ The Court thought parliamentary hearings and meetings are not necessary to be present in person. I think it is ridiculous. It thinks I have a risk of absconding, I think the allegation is groundless. HK is my home and I'm not giving up HK despite the hardship and difficulty.

3/ Ironically the Magistrate (same judge) allowed my travel to Taiwan, Germany and the US in September. But she refused to grant travel two months later, citing the testimony and hearings in France, Brussels, Berlin, London and Paris are not important. (!?)

4/ Following court decision, it's clear now I'm deprived of the right to election, freedom of movement, freedom of assembly (not allowed to appear on designated are), and freedom of speech. The civil liberties guaranteed in the constitution are however no longer applicable to me.

5/ I would not want to speculate on the 'political decision' of court in denying my travel application, but it is clear that the judiciary is under huge pressure since the political crisis.

6/ After a victory at High Court for the protesters regarding the unconstitutionality of the Face Mask Ban, Beijing now issued a statement saying High Court is not qualified to decide on the constitutionality of HK's city legislation. 1Country2Systems is on the brink of collapse.

7/ The protests in Hong Kong have been going on for six months now. Noting that China has intervened on many fronts already. Beijing claims that they have the ultimate authority to interpret the laws. The intervention happens long ago.
