Is anyone aware of any consumer protection agency (here or abroad) with oversight over tech companies which has a full-time psychologist on staff -- not just part-time or as an external contractor?
I am not aware of any, but would love to know if I've missed something.

Good morning! Bad news: after receiving threats from State Bar prosecutors, it seems likely they will put me in jail for 6 months if I follow through with bringing a robot lawyer into a physical courtroom. DoNotPay is postponing our court case and sticking to consumer rights:

Then 1.5 years late DOJ rescinded the deal & reissued a pair of subpoenas, & reopening the probe. NAR sued to block that and over a year later, it won. The judge didnt say the DOJ could never investigate NAR again, it just couldnt reopen this same probe.

Recall that in Nov 2019 the DOJ and NAR settled allegations that NAR's restrictions on home buyers learning about buy-side commissions were anticompetitive

An antitrust lawsuit is good, but will take a long time and apply to only one company. We need to make sure competition works for everyone, and soon. I will be reintroducing the Competition and Transparency in Digital Advertising Act.

Ticketmaster points to cyberattack as reason for Taylor Swift debacle, but with an ongoing DOJ antitrust probe, that is unlikely to take the heat off the company at a Senate Judiciary antitrust hearing tomorrow.

good rundown of where ATR stands about a year in
credit to Josh for this correct read on what's going on in the defense bar - bluffing that strong enforcement will somehow lead to a wave of mergers

New: I spoke to @JusticeATR's Jonathan Kanter and others in and out of DOJ taking stock of his first year and what's next. TLDR: big swings, hits, misses, a home run, much more on deck
but w huge resource constraints and an overly stretched staff

Very good profile of DOJ's Kanter.
The bull case for Kanter:
- His full team wasn't in place until last summer
- Won books merger challenge last year
- His stance is deterring deals
- Has done a much better job on staff morale than Khan
