Would you mind sharing some of the things faculty thought might help? I’ve talked with some of our faculty and most don’t even know what would help in terms of them being less stressed/burned out.

Often we landed on the starting point of answers, so one was to look to see what other industries (especially those under duress right now) were doing to boost morale and mitigate burnout. So we’re working on this.

Most definitely! This particular meeting happened to be focused on faculty issues, but I made sure to note that staff were experiencing similar levels of stress when I presented to admin.

Frankly students need this too, at all levels. My middle school kids need a forum where they can vent. Because let me tell you, right now they’re only able to vent to their parents and it isn’t pretty.
