This is the @WHO technique. It's excellent but shouldn't be confused with surgical hand washing (scrubbing) that involves not only soap but also an iodine-soaked bristle brush and sponge.

I use a nail brush too.

Soap disrupts the virus membrane. If you don't get the soap completely covering your hands (with the soap being the black stuff in the video), you are leaving active viruses on your hands.

We are all going to be professional-grade handwashers by the end of this. :D Maybe we'll start bowing like in Thailand instead of shaking hands. I hope so anyway.
