One new detail I haven't heard before in letter from Parnas's lawyer: That Parnashelped arrange the Trump-Zelenskiy meeting at UN & was in "constant contact" with Giuliani & Yermak during the meeting. That meeting (9/25) came as the Ukraine scandal was already coming to light
