I’ve been working open plan for the last 13 months in a building that was deliberately designed for professionals doing both quiet and collaborative work. It’s awesome. I’ll never go back to an office if I can have good open plan like I have now

Having said that, totally appreciate some people will never like it and that may influence where they are prepared to work. Flexibility in work means we all have more factors to consider re what makes a “good” job
