He is literally stuck. He campaigned on being ol Joe, the guy that will bring things to a calm and be a moderate. He can't support it because he'd lose moderates, he can't outright denounce it cause he'd lose the crazies. He is stuck.

You could hardly ask for a more perfect example of how politicians care not a thing for the people they represent, but instead getting into, and staying in power. That is the only thing that drives them. More people need to understand this.

Expanding the Supreme Court requires a change to the Judiciary Act of 1869. It would require the house, senate and president to be in agreement to expand the court. I don't see the dems taking control of everything in November.
