Anyway in restaurants I'm always full up after my snacks and starters and mains, and I don't very well care for pudding, but I should enjoy a double espresso and a little shot of custard to see me home.

I say this because I've a pot of luxury custard in the fridge and every so often I have a little go. Just a drop, y'know. Enough to get my hooves a-clopping but not so much that I become upset.

Very interested in the new Mayfair Italian which is apparently intent on making balsamic glaze posh again. This burrata is £20.

Heavy, heavy night on the rum in the Caribbean. Up at 7am for a long boat trip to an island. Sun? Hot. Waves? Wavy. Chundered in a bucket. Tried to throw it overboard. Wind meant it went all over me. Simply rolled off the boat upon arrival, as if a seal, and floated w/ the sharks
