ANYWAY, all this to say: BUY USED STUFF. It's way more fun anyway.

Naturally, I bought them way after their prime (as I will with a new set of A1267s, the DisplayPort LED Cinema[s]) for like $150 each. The build quality is way better than new shit. They're not 4K, but they look primo on the desk.

My ancient Apple 23" Cinema HD Display (A1082), ca. 2004-2008, has finally kicked the bucket. Shed no tears, but it was a great monitor. Its twin is still functional but on its last legs (EPIC image burn-in), so will be soon to follow. ✌️
