    Per usual, the only section 230 commentary on Twitter worth reading today is by

    Congress never could have intended ____ when it passed Section 230. A common refrain in the 230 debate these days. Today's Section 230 thread will examine what we know that Congress did, in fact, intend when it passed 230. We know a good deal, fortunately.

    I'm still not totally sold on naming and shaming foreign hackers as an effective means of deterring cyberattacks, but the new indictment of 6 GRU hackers is certainly the most detailed and promising example I've seen out of the DOJ
