    If SCOTUS rules on regulation without a hearing or argument, the administration should simply ignore it and state that, in the absence of a normal process judicial review, it sees the court’s judgments as advisory but not binding.

    I used to think this was enough to explain it but it's easier to understand how a guy as dumb, dishonest, and bigoted as Sullivan has kept a foothold all these years if you just grant that large numbers of centrists and liberals are bigots

    4. Sullivan's whole schtick only works because centrists & liberals are willing to take him at face value, forgive & forget his extremism, explain things away. They do that because they crave a "reasonable" conservative. It allows them to avoid seeing the right with clarity.
