Tempted to just publish a transcription of the C-Span feed and say the author was Aristophanes.

"It's interesting that going into this Joe Biden is the one calling into question the results even though they said Bernie was going to do that. Buttigieg is claiming victory even though they said Bernie was going to do that." - "It's a good point!" -

If it's anything it's much more plausibly a localized, dissociated q field, like an EMF, not a bunch of particles holding hands and whispering to one another.

I was just starting to recover from Dennett's "words are software viruses AND Java apps".

Every updated definition of 'illusionism' I see, the idea gets more exiguous and uninteresting.

Our patron, Bertrand Russell, died in 1970. If you do one thing today, listen to his short and powerful message to future generations and make sure others see it too.

I once wrote a paper on reference and semantic gappiness, called "Nightmare and logic"; roughly organized according to Rimbaud's 'War':

Saw Peter Serkin on multiple occasions, w/ both the Boston and SF Symphonies, modern and classical repertoire. A force of nature. RIP

Kripke's version of the private language argument is the only interesting version of it; and, imho, Chomsky's underappreciated detailed critique of it (in "Knowledge of Language") is by far the most trenchant

Please don't be lured in by this common opportunist. Block him, like Odysseus w/ the Sirens, if you're at all vulnerable; but regardless, vote for

Maybe the most enjoyable philosophy book I own. I can just pick it up and read at random. Chomsky, Fodor (on fire), Piaget, Putnam (on fire), Bateson, Jacques Monod (hero), Francois Jacob, Piatelli-Palmarini (keeping things orderly). Just an amazing record.
