The AMA did advertise cigarettes at one time despite suspicion of harm. Unsafe vaccines may be more of a public health threat than the diseases they are intended to prevent. Another AMA coverup to protect its commercial interests?
I don't give one-size-fits-all advice on how doctors should treat their patients. You apparently do.

You were asked a reasonable question. You responded with an insult like a petulant teenager. Not a good appearance.

She'll continue to dance around the question every time I ask it, I predict. That's because she's an antivaxer.

I didn't ask you which vaccines you recommend for everybody. I asked you which childhood vaccines YOU PERSONALLY consider effective and safe, to be specific, and explain why. It's a simple, straightforward question. Why won't you answer it?

You are like a lawyer intimidating a witness, demanding a yes or no answer to a complex question. PERSONAL advice is not possible on Twitter.

Ridiculously simplistic. Yes, adjusting your care to the needs of each patient and set of problems is important, but not to that patient’s detriment and to that of public health. Your stance on vaccines is a danger to society and parasitic to the medical community.

I don’t even need your explanation - just give us a list of vaccines that you consider safe and efficient, if any. Or just say “none”, so we know what’s going on.

If you know anything that isn’t population-based, please share it and the source of such rare knowledge. While deduction may lead to individualizations, science is grouped by definition. Otherwise, it’s all hunches.

Do you follow the recommendations of your medical college or do you not?

Like the one that held hemodialysis to be never indicated, or the one that demanded Halstead radical mastectomies for all breast cancers, or Billroth II gastrectomies for peptic ulcers?
