So my new drunk craving is peanut butter? Why can it never be something healthy. At least it’s not longer crisps which my stomach can’t tolerate x

2. Its also worth noting from my own experience js those apps are toxic. Eat healthy and in moderation but not obsessing over every calorie and you'll be absolutely fine. All they encourage is low cal eating, not balanced eating.

I’m trying to eat healthy fats atm, and just improve my diet and shift what I put on in lockdown on WFH! I try to eat like each food group but I never knew how many calories were in some stuff and how little was in others
