The idea is to put the notion in people's heads they are racist and that they need to change. Even the creators of the test admit it doesn't work, but the "discussions it creates make it worthwhile." It's social engineering based on lies.

Along with many other things, studies like this prove to me personally that clear, conscious, progressive thoughts are what will work in any situation. Probably more money than I will make in my whole life was spent on this. I could have summed it up before it began.
