If you were a dietitian you’d tell diabetics to eat carbs and heart patients to avoid healthy fats. The nutritional advice being given out is entirely wrong and has killed untold millions. But thanks to folks like your daughter the boat is slowly turning.

I wonder, do you also make sure your food doesn't contain nitrite? I found that it's hard to buy meat without it.
