Dr Peterson, like all of us, has limited amounts of time. If he charged $1 per speech, he’d never do anything else. If he charged $1 million per speech, very few would pay it. In a voluntary market, the price is set by the supply of his time, versus the demand.

Here’s what I don’t get: I’m probably further left than any of the students, yet I don’t observe the “thinly-veiled racism, classism, misogyny, and blatant transphobia” promoting villain they paint Peterson as. Maybe they should read The 12 Rules for Life.

Same here. I watched his 'Maps of meaning' lectures and must have blanked out all the racism and misogyny.
