What I've noticed is that they just want you to be smaller/lesser versions of themselves. Maybe it's just the ppl I pick. They're so controlling. There's no room to become yourself.

I'm no psychologist like Mr. Peterson but it might be that she's worried it will have some bad side effects when quitting your habit. Cranky is of course the worst that can happen, I think.
