It's ridiculous to think of anyone as a true or false teacher. A person's claims should be assessed on an individual basis. Sure, we may after seeing a pattern of dishonesty give up on someone as dishonest, but that may still say little about their individual claims.

I agree it's a too simplistic dichotomy & hoped my article showed that. I was asked to write a short article on whether Xns should listen to JBP—a binary question that for conservatives often implies "is he a false teacher?"

Interesting, you "don't quite get all of the aspects yet". If only you could just embrace the truth of a 6000 year old Earth, and finally just become a proper Christian. I find your investigation of the bible far more meaningful than anything experienced in church.
