So unexpected :D Who could have thought that Gender Quoatas are no good for anyone? If I was a women and would get a certain job because of some Quoata I'd be furious :D

And it'll possibly causes fellow man on your job to look down and question your competence when people look up to and take your male colleague's assessments with more weight than yours, for jobs with obviously slanted deck, because they thought you got in by quota.

Still reading, but I certainly hope the actual study is better than the article discussing the study, which labels certain results "good" completely arbitrarily and ignores the basic ethical problem of quotas.
