The one good aspect that may emerge from all these frankly common sense ridiculous debates is that people in vast numbers think they are trying to create a better world...if that could be galvanised in a real positive direction then something good may emerge

Equality shackles people who perform to those who do not. It’s got nothing to do with background, culture, religion or race. It’s about results. Therefore it is in fact not possible for there to be equality.

Equality is best thought of as a workers union for society at large, for underperformers it’s a warm fuzzy blanket. For people who do perform it’s a costly wet blanket.

One mistake is to act like they have a consistent, rational ideology that they are implementing. It's not consistent, it's not rational, it's simply that they really don't like being around people who aren't like themselves, so they only want "fashionable" people around.
