Very happy to see her honesty about the non-effects of "antibiotic" and "grain-fed" beef. By the time the steers are butchered those antibiotics are long gone from their system. And if you like brisket, it's gotta be grain-fed at some point.

Doc, you mentioned somewhere to eat a protein breakfast everyday. I've been doing this for a week. Two eggs + meat every morning. Its actually faster than stopping at Timmy Ho's for a cinnamon roll. I feel great, more energy all day long. I'm not giving up my beer, however.

I can go without feeling hungry until after lunch if breakfast is poached egg or small tin of tuna on toast. With breakfast cereals, I'm hungry again within an hour or so and end up eating more throughout the day.
