What are your thoughts on holding these types of people accountable to the law for such behavior? Skin in the Game? It seems that they experience no downside to their behavior - at least in the short term.

They are empowered by the environment that they came from which furnishes this sort of behavior. They rely on social censure, and therefore, I would think, are susceptible to it just the same. The hope is that these people will be seen as a crazy margin in time.
