Big 5 test, actually gave me so much clarity about what my abilities are. It kind of explained all the choices I made in the past. Corporations should employ people based on their individual abilities, and not on gender or race. But processing past injustices makes it difficult

As a clinician I never hear or read about Big 5 in clinical letters or assessments. Yet it is so helpful, even heuristically, as a way of communicating trait influence on states. Also hugely helpful for me in understanding my own challenges and my kids a little better.

I've argued ever since my 'Spent' book that most of the time, you really only need to measure (or display) the 'Central Six' traits: Big Five personality traits plus general intelligence (IQ). Marginal benefit of adding other stuff is usually weak.

Yes. There is a lot of power in the Big 5 and a measure of intelligence. In some applications the Dark Triad (particularly narcissism) is useful as well.
