Thank you! JP, now I feel better!. I was turned down as a Post Grad at UC Davis (same year as Bakke). The head of dept. said I was the 2nd most qualified for 3 spots. 1st was also a White Man so I was out. If not for “AA” I would be embroiled with toads like Tabachnik too.
