You could use constant contact. If you read a bunch of the emails you can put out a weekly or bi-weekly email/letter that hits on a lot of the subjects the emails were on. Could reach and respond to many with just one email.

Talk with Tim Ferriss he has systems for checking email. I think he said he checks a few thousand a day or something crazy like that.
