The idea that certain people perform better in specific jobs/fields/activities because of competence is allready a non-reality to these people. Women are not 50% of the field? This must mean all women are oppressed. Never a mention of possible competence or incompetence.

Differences are not inherently evil. Nature is an excellent teacher. Nature provides a masterpiece of colourful diversity & exquisite variety. You & I are different. Difference is programmed in our very DNA. We are all uniquely different. It's beautiful really.
