They are all lawyers, for Gos's sake. Is there any good reason they can't force a lower court suit? Debate is not action, just like trying is not doing.

From twitter bio I would assume that you believe that the over representation of Jews within our society's most sensitive institutions has no effect whats so ever on any resulting policy so we all should just shut up, why are we even talking about this? Very objective.

I simply believe that because Jews have such an enormous influence proportional to their actual population that it would be a good thing for Jews and Gentiles alike to discuss the inherant implications. Unless you're a masochist and think another holocaust would be sexy time...
