@SamHarrisOrg I've read and listened to both of you extensively. I honestly don't think you disagree on almost anything. Perhaps some vocabulary, but nothing of substance. You seem to be worried about different things, but have similar facts. I may be wrong. -
Jordan has an interesting and quite profound use of “truth.” Something is true to him if it’s useful in its aim toward fitness/progress/survival (thus Darwinian). Sam sees truth through a scientific lens of being correct or incorrect based on a hypothesis. Both views have merit.
