Yes, Ira's was an outright lie. Most others are more clever, such as omitting info and recontextualising. Another way is by 'updates'. The initial copy is filled with misleading info, and rather than write corrections they update it when called out. Learn to lie better, Ira.

If anyone is keeping score, Dr Peterson: 9303 citations, Hirsh Index score is 50, 128 books and papers authored/co-authored with 28 academics who themselves have thousand of citations. And Ira... I can't find him on google scholar.

Well meaning journalists who are woefully inept at reporting on matters of great importance with any level of competency i.e., medical matters, legal proceedings, etc. A disservice to our institutions, the public and subjects, particularly when there is no corrective follow up.
