the dose makes the poison. this is true for nihilism and identity politics on the one hand, as well as for a Jungian mythological worldview on the other hand. excessive use of ideology leads to poisened delusions.

I don't get why he's lumped in with the alt right. My lefty professor been going on about our Jungian nazi shadow for 15 years now. Lots of lefty Jungians take this position.

I think I know what you mean, but the problem is that it is hard to define where an ideology starts and I doubt that humanity can (or even should) get rid of them entirely. I'd rather say one should be aware of his own mindsets or ideas/ideologies and humbly say: maybe I'm wrong
