The word Stereotype is tossed around loosely. In this case it was used to distract from the fact that
@JamesADamore used research to explain his position. Rather than focusing on whether James used stereotypes they should have focused on whether James' memo was based off of -
Of false assumptions or research. Secondly they should have focused if James memo was sincere in helping women in the industry or not. And whether you agree on the research or not, it's obvious he is sincere in helping women in the industry.
