The LPC has historically hijacked old CCF/NDP policies: health care, welfare, unemployment insurance as well as Reform Party policies, but they have been recorded as Liberal iniatives. LPC is for it self regardless of policy. It will what it needs to win: lie, cheat, steal.

New Democratic Party. Kinda like a Bernie Sanders kind of philosophy. They're the 3rd party in Canada, but still manage to get 20% most of the time. They're current at 16% in the polls.

In todays climate there would no doubt be some political gains to be made in an under privileged minority person beating up a privileged white guy in a charity boxing match.

Well they could be anti NAFTA like the liberals were in the 1980s or the PCs were until 1980. They could call for national pharmacare/daycare, They could advocate electoral reform, more aggressive emissions reductions, more privacy protection, infrastructure funding

They could go militant radical like trans activist Morgane Oger. That would seal their fate.
