It's amusing that women are seen as being more agreeable. I'm sure we've all encountered women in service positions on one of their "off" days. Perhaps they only indulge in rudeness against those in perceived lower positions?

Men by comparison in the same positions are much more consistent in politeness. In facct I've hardly ever observed males be nasty just for the sake of it. They are however probably more likely to lip off to the boss if the boss oversteps their line.

That is actually correct, the implications from a biological perspective are in fact immense and have a direct relationship on our differences in behavior. But some ideologues cant or wont get that we are not made of plastiline.

I agree with the facts, is just preference that affect this differences, but something that make me think is the part where they explain how people are capable but do not follow that, I think may be more that just preference, we need to investigate more about it.
