We all have potential, so if we have equal opportunity we will find our way,with knocks from our circumstances. When work places don't reflect population then what is the reason? That's the debate and that is what people want to solve at the moment.I dont think it's a threat.

Alas most businesses discriminate somewhat for the right to brag about their diversity. It's becoming a successful marketing & hiring tool. Society has made 'diversity' a powerful word for describing difference when they should be using 'inclusion'. - Or so I think. ..
