I don’t think you read the article. She took test twice and the only answer she varied was whether she was a man or woman. Her personality was phrased positively as a man, negatively for a woman.

Because men and women are different. If a woman acts like a man it is negative and if a man acts like a woman it is negative.

It's not prejudiced or discriminating. The test doesn't just report your personality based solely on the gender you enter, it uses the quantified data of your answers. And you can always choose either gender if validity doesn't bother you. How's that for equality of opportunity?
