They better leave it for 90-120 years, Plastic and all our unsorted waste in old City dumps will be most valuable expensive sources of the materials.

I hope this guy has a business model. If he doesn’t have a USE planned for the ocean plastics, it’ll just be a virtue-signalling money sponge. I wish him riches, but from profits, not rents.
