Truth and faith just don't go well together. I'd prefer to use purpose instead. Faith is dangerous as it can be used to associate purpose with any degenerate ideology.

Truth for the individual is not the same as truth for the greater world. If the world lives in denial then it cannot operate itself probably, this causes far more damage than a single individual living in a fantasy.
