I know that it's when you are trying to post something up. Did it to me several times. Wasn't on facebook but it completely dragged me out of regular use.

We used to do this at my job, but mostly to avoid fraud, and only for scenarios where fraud was VERY rampant. We'd get a fraud score warning on new orders. Not sure why Facebook needs it =_=. Maybe to cut down on fake JBP accounts?
