But there surely must be courts (not kangaroo courts, like the HR commission) that someone can appeal to and nullify the kangaroo verdicts?

It is my understanding provincial & federal courts can overturn HRT decisions. Thank goodness.

I personally hate the bill C16. It’s simply awful to criminalize speech in order to live a in a pink world where everyone agrees with each other on everything. This is censorship, and history has demonstrated its the first step towards evil dictatorship. 2019 elections are vital.
