Remember Kent State? Armies are trained for combat, not police work. Unless the troops being deployed are trained as U.N. peacekeeprers, this cannot end well.

I mean. Gangs are basically aggressive little syndicates. Which makes them similar to a state that’s too small and typically too disorganized to be perceived as legitimate. & modern day governments are typically like large mafias only less autocratic. Idk where I’s goin with this
