Cathy Newman: "What gives you the right to make these generalisations?" JP: "I'm a clinical psychologist." Brilliant.

Unfortunately, the rhetoric espoused by Cathy is all too common among the activist, media and academic types here in the UK. Thanks for turning up to offer an alternative viewpoint. We'll need a lot more of it.

Incredible to have witnessed multiple attempts of having words put in your mouth that you hadn’t said, by someone who’s meant to be a credible presenter on a well known UK news outlet. Well done for having being able to stay so outwardly calm and level headed!

I have NEVER seen one try so hard to put words into an others mouth.

"so you're saying ..." literally after every sentence she said it. And every single time she tried twisting his words. Unreal.

Was sad to see Cathy interview you on this topic. She is a classic example of a journalist who loves to close down interviews with yes and no answers. No ability to open up an explore the ideas. Just has to be seen to be right. Kills the juice of it.

Dr. Peterson, you were damned before you walked onto the TV set. You guessed that pretty quick right? Cathy saw a 'snake', not an interlocutor.
-
I think his keeping his sense of humour throughout probably saved him from damnation.
