What do you mean by “reversed”? So high self-esteem = low neuroticism and high extraversion and low self-esteem is highly neurotic and introverted or still extraverted?

Defining a trait such as self-esteem by what it is not (i.e. Peterson suggests that a "lack of neuroticism" is what mostly constitutes self-esteem) is dumb. This is like defining wealth by having a "lack of poverty". Self Esteem is clinically demonstrable as acquired practises.
