Junior & High school cafeteria's perfectly mimic prison gang seating. If you want to do something about racism and bullying have assigned lunch time seating that changes every few days to force a break up of the "gang seating".

Wonderful and inspiring. When faced with the dichotomy of curling up into a ball or doing something with/about it, this young lady chose the latter and, thus, showed praiseworthy content of character. The judgement is positive: she overcame.
