I’ve been informed that ‘Understanding Human Rights’ training is legally required for all workers in Ontario, no flexibility on due date or opting out. As a worker in Ontario that views the ideological assumptions this training is built on as reprehensible, what are my options?

The worst part is human rights training should be mandatory for everyone. Except the only right is the property right. Which Ontario Human Rights flagrantly violates.
