Public admin. Health. Education. As public education's purview expands, the more public culture obsesses on Health and Bureaucracy. Trim politics and sociology from the curriculum. Remove the social media. Add some sport. Bingo!

So people are less likely to enroll in the necessary courses which would allow them to pursue a field they don’t offer dual stools about?
