Lots of people seem to disagree with their test results, and list both their personal experiences, as well as prior Big5 test results as reasons. That seems shady to me. Whats the explanation?

I think you're exactly right. This isn't a representative sample, it's a sample of people who paid for a personality test and posted the results online.

The good doctor loves it for good reason, but conscientiousness is not an "untrammeled good" to borrow his words. Perhaps low orderliness allows you to see things others don't see. Or maybe the university structure is conscientious for you. IQ prob helps too

I see your point but I wouldn't have quarrelled with 20% or even 10%. But 1% is really hard to swallow. (btw, orderliness 0% and industriousness 14%)
