what do you mean soon? that sort of censorship is already fully automated, you have to make a supreme effort to actually talk to a human at google when something has been demonetized or outright deleted.

you can use HTTPS on YouTube. there is even a browser extension you can use called "HTTPS Everywhere" to autoenable it for every site. that still doesn't stop deep packet inspection from your ISP though, neither do VPNs or Proxies.
